NOTICE TO YOUNG FARMERS: Cedar Valley Poultry Farm seeks to lease 3 acres of agricultural land. Prospective lessees must be willing to contribute sweat equity towards erecting deer fencing. The property features a substantial water tank, replenished by rainfall, for irrigation and small animal care purposes. Additionally, a 3-ton feed bin is included in the lease agreement. Our primary objective is to maintain the land's agricultural status, with a preference for organic farming practices. In addition to land and water resources, we offer vintage farm equipment and expertise in crop cultivation, agricultural systems, and animal husbandry. As Cedar Farmers Market celebrates its 30th anniversary, we can provide the ideal candidate with valuable insights into sales strategies and product display techniques at farmers' markets. In lieu of lease payments, the successful candidate will retain all profits generated, which will offset our insurance costs.
