Nanaimo Yoga Sanctuary

Nanaimo Yoga Sanctuary Welcome to Nanaimo Yoga Sanctuary. Hello,

I built our small studio to reflect our desire to give safe instruction in a personalized environment.

Class size is maximum of 11 yogis per class. Classes are grouped into a series (usually 8 weeks). We're looking forward to seeing you in the studio!

I volunteer with Nanaimo Women Helping Women - NWHW

Women may benefit from assistance with the contents of a home when they move into safe housing. The current specific request is clean, bundled, and labeled twin and queen sheet sets.

Sets must be complete (bottom sheet, top sheet, and pillowcases), stain-free, and bundled/lapeled in their sets. e.g., in a large ziplock, in a reused clear zip container that new sets come in, etc.

You are welcome to bring sets to yoga with you, and I will make sure they get to the group's move coordinator.

To keep our volunteering manageable and sustainable, we respectfully ask that the specifics of household item requests be honoured.
