Hello!
Welcome to my page.
I am currently offering counselling at a reduced rate as I complete my practical training. You can find me on a Monday in my lovely Nanaimo office or online.

As a counsellor I see my clients as the expert of their lives and experiences, and my role as a support, catalyst, guide and companion in their process. I offer the courage to swim in deep waters and cherish the uniqueness of everyone’s journey.
I work with those who wish to no longer be limited by the patterning, conditioning, stories, triggers, attachment styles and past pains that have been interfering with who and how you want to be.
