This compact 528 Hz tuning fork can be kept in your pocket or purse for easy reach anytime you want a quick tuning. This fork measures approximately 5 3/4″ or 15cm long by 5/8″ or 16mm wide.

The pure, familiar tone of this fork can be used to enhance meditation or used in sweeping motions around the body in a cleansing or intention setting practice. One octave above middle C on the piano, it’s tone is light and pure and is a great fork to have in pocket.

Leonardo da Vinci’s Vitruvian Man is based on the ideal geometric proportions of the human body.

Tuned as musical intervals, Leonardo believed that the human body was a microcosm of the whole universe. When we are properly tuned through the architecture of sound, our spirit can move effortlessly between the universal energy field (Heaven) and earth.

In his drawing Earth (C to F) is represented by the square. The universal field (C-A) is represented by the circle. When the Vitruvian Man “squares the circle” (Cto G) by touching the circle and square at the same time, he comes into the perfect balance between heaven and earth.

The perfect balance between heaven and earth is a dynamic vibrational state that is represented by the continual movement of the arms and legs.

The tapping of the Leonardo protocol creates a sonic experience of this archetypal movement.

Energy Meditations
Hold the C256 in one hand and either the F, G, or A tuning fork in the other. Tap the flat side of the tuning forks on your knees or an activator and bring them from one to three inches of your ears. Meditate on the sound.
