In conversations with some friends, I realized not everyone has a strong passion. Instead, what often creates meaning in people’s lives are the small things: sharing a good conversation with a dear friend, helping an elderly neighbor with a task or cherishing simple moments with family. Looking more deeply, I found growing evidence that having meaning and purpose in life is essential for vibrant health. I hope you enjoy the blog!

Strategies to Find Meaning and Purpose: Reconnecting with sources of energy and inspiration may bring new direction and meaning to your life. Think back to your childhood: What activities made me feel most alive? What brought me joy? What was I naturally drawn to? Or ask yourself about your current....
