Meal Prepping? Try out this Berry Chia Protein Pudding š«
Ingredients
⢠2 tbsp chia seeds
⢠1 tbsp h**p seed hearts (our little nutrientāpacked heroes)
⢠1 scoop plantābased protein (cue your favourite flavour)
⢠1 cup unsweetened almond milk
⢠½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries, slightly thawed
⢠½ tbsp ground flaxseed
⢠½ tsp cinnamon
⢠1ā2 tsp Dutchmanās Gold wildāflower honey (because even healthy desserts deserve a little real sweetness)
⢠Optional toppings: sliced strawberries, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, and a teeny spoonful of almond butter
Instructions
⢠In a jar or bowl, whisk together the almond milk, protein powder, chia seeds, h**p seed hearts, flaxseed, cinnamon, and honey until smooth.
⢠Stir in the blueberries.
⢠Cover and chill for at least 2 hours (or overnight) until it turns into a thick, spoonable pudding.
⢠Before serving, top with berries, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, and a drizzle of almond butter.
