We’re so lucky to be living on the west coast, right by the ocean. Let’s take advantage of this! Swimming is a great exercise for people with conditions that make high-impact exercise difficult.

No! A referral from your doctor isn’t required to receive physical therapy. However, some private insurance companies do require a medical referral, so it’s best to check with your provider prior to your first visit!
