🌱WHAT'S NEW 🌱

I'm excited to announce I have a new booking option "Cesarean Section/Postpartum Massage Therapy" for those recovering from c-sections and looking to receive treatment for scar tissue mobility directly related to c-section incisions. I am grateful for this opportunity to fill this gap in care and offer supports for returning pregnancy patients.

📋Price List 📋

An updated price list is now available on the online booking website and applies to pre-booked appointments. This change took effect on Monday February 9th and was posted online and in clinic.

🌼Spring & Summer Hours 🌼

As March approaches appointments are booking into mid-April onwards. The schedule is open until ~ June / July. I will be taking some time off in the summer for a week at a time and encourage patients to pre-book appointments for continuity of care. You may not see late afternoon appointments yet but I will be offering them on certain days in the schedule or by request. This is a seasonal change in the schedule.

Welcome to my business page 🌿

I have been an RMT working on Vancouver Island for the past 5+ years. I started my career in Victoria working for a large multidisciplinary clinic and came to Nanaimo in 2022 to work at a Sports focused facility and now I run my own practice and business on Prideaux Street near the Old City Quarters.

Each RMT has a different approach to treatment. One thing should be consistent across the board - patient-centred care. No matter how you show up I want to make your experience a good one. Using my clinical experience, background education in anatomy, pathology and physiology and relevant best practice research as well as continuing education courses I aim to provide a treatment that is holistic and best meets your goals and expectations. This is why a patient history at your initial appointment and treatment plan is so important to me along with assessment.

Some things you may be interested to know 🙂

• I offer hot stone hydrotherapy treatments

• I have pregnancy bolsters for 2nd/3rd trimester prone treatments

• I have IASTM tools (myofascial release tools) great for forearm tendonitis, plantar fasciitis

• My treatment table is heated (at your request)

• I treat a variety of musculoskeletal concerns, strains/sprains, chronic pain, range of motion concerns +

• I am open 5 days a week

• I direct bill to most major insurers
