‼️ Update / change to the GENTLE YOGA Classes!!! Due to no sub, tomorrow’s class is cancelled. Being that it is the 1st class of the new series, I have added May 1st to accommodate the change. Update: Monday morning is a go!

If you plan to attend a yoga class this week, please get signed up!! Currently there are not enough registered to hold the classes - which is ok, I know it’s a busy week - but if you’ve just been putting off your registration, please visit www.nantonyoga.com. I will notify everybody registered at least 12 hours before the class to let you know if it is a go, or not. You could also email me or text 403-498-8965 to sign up.

Also, remember that registration is open on the website for January sessions!

My babies are down with this awful fever/flu/cold bug that’s going around. Therefore Dec 12 Gentle Yoga cancelled. We will regroup for Monday morning! Check nantonyoga.com for drop in classes between now & Christmas!
