Has your massage therapist ever told you to "dress down to your comfort level" and wondered what that exactly means?

It means exactly what it sounds like! Take off only what you are comfortable with.

Here are some examples of different levels of comfortability and what clients have worn while on the massage table:

-underwear/boxers
-birthday suit (nothing)
-full length pants and full sleeved undergarments
-tank tops
-sports bras/regular bras
-swimsuits
-pajama pants
-athletic shorts
-spandex shorts

Any and all of these options are acceptable. We want you to feel comfortable and be able to relax while on the table, so that means wearing what you feel good in.

Are you always sore after you receive a massage?

Did you know that the more frequent you receive treatment, the less painful your massages will be and will leave you feeling more refreshed and not as sore afterwards?

My tip is to book your next appointment as soon as you finish your massage - if it's already in your calendar you don't have to remember to book it!

Have you ever been on your way to a massage or pedicure and thought "Oh no! I forgot to shave my legs!"?

I'm here to tell you to stop worrying! Your massage therapist (or aesthetician) does not care! We work on ALL bodies - and that includes ones that have NEVER experienced hair removal (and those people never apologize for their body hair).

So you can stop worrying - we may not even notice that you haven't shaved - we've massaged thousands of legs and ALL of them grow hair naturally.

If you were thinking of booking a massage before the end of the year, I'd think about booking it soon! (Especially if your insurance renews at the end of the year and you want to use what you've already paid for.)

As of this coming Sunday, Dec 13th we have been mandated to close due to the new Covid restrictions. Sadly, and with a heavy heart, I will be reaching out and cancelling all future appointments. If you see this, feel free to go and cancel your appointment yourself using your online account or the button on your appointment confirmation email.
