Walked into Ash Forest Hi-Fi this morning, art under my arm, sass in my step—and boom! Diana Krall’s Love Scenes is spilling through the speakers like ‘smooth honey dripping off a spoon’ (Janice Dirksen, Hole in the Wall Mixed Media Artist). 🎤🍯

This trio magic—Krall on keys, Russell Malone’s buttery guitar, and Christian McBride’s bass—recorded at Avatar Studios in NYC, is pure vibe elevation. Romantic, smoky, playful… just like me today. 😉

🎨 Bonus fact? Diana almost became a classical pianist before she fell hard for jazz as a teen. Thank the music gods she followed the swing.
