Meet Dyan 👋 Registered Massage Therapist at Live Well Active Therapy

With 25 years of experience in physical assessment, Dyan is passionate about helping patients overcome pain and injuries through massage therapy, laser therapy, and shockwave therapy. 💆‍♀️✨

Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of Waterloo and a Diploma of Massage Therapy from the Canadian Therapeutic College, she combines science and hands-on skill to deliver exceptional care.

Think rest is best? That's the #1 myth keeping your knees weak!

Here's what complete rest does to your knees:
❌ Quad muscles weaken in 72 hours
