This resistance band exercise is primarily used to strengthen the hip adductors, glutes and stabilizer muscles of the lower body. 💪🏼
This exercise and many others like it can be found in the core and glut burners at the end of our 🏋️Steady Strength🏋️circuit strength and conditioning class. All fitness levels are welcome in this rehab class.
