Sound creates a story that goes beyond our comprehension. It stirs up the soil in our consciousness, breathes new life and allows us to go beyond our mind’s corruption and rest into a deep sense of feeling.
This place of feeling is where revelation happens. Not revelation from our mind, but from our Spirit.
The above words have been my belief for a long time. As a current student in music school, I understand the dynamics of sound. The tension and release, the implications of a poor rythym or off-pitch notes….
The absolutely groundbreaking, yet peaceful feeling we receive when music is in perfect harmony,
This, is flow state.
The world around us has a flow. When our nervous system goes against this flow, we are broken away from the essence of who we are and our relationship to everything around us.
Last night, I was swept away into a garden of unplanted soil. We prepared by doing Qi Gong movements, then fell into a deep state of relaxation that was facilitated by Acupuncture and a sound bath.
This experience was deeply profound, deeply spiritual, deeply emotional, and deeply peaceful. I felt a sense of oneness and belonging. I received a clear message that we are never alone. That love is the universal sound that matters.
I’m so grateful and proud of my colleagues .with.mira and for absolutely executing this evening to perfection. It was playful, yet sincere - and they created a safe container to heal. I cannot wait to see what next Thursday brings, and I invite all of you to connect with Mira and Michael if you want to join on the journey too. ❤️🙏
