Dave and Leonie are all smiles and shakas because Leonie has just resurrected MSC's blog! The post she has crafted covers how to stay active during pregnancy, why this is often a great idea, along with some specific "how to" guidelines and more information on who this is most appropriate for.

Disclaimer: neither of us are pregnant in this photo, but we were certainly feeling active after 9 pitches on Gimli this past weekend 😅

Beyond showcasing this lovely photo of our physiotherapist Léonie Marche taking her model pelvis for a walk around the clinic's garden, we wanted to shed a bit of light on a specialty of Léo's: pelvic physiotherapy!

Pelvic physiotherapy is a specialized form of therapy that is designed to address various conditions such as pelvic pain, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and sexual dysfunction. By treating the pelvic floor muscles, the lower back, hips, and abdomen, pelvic health therapists like Léo can help alleviate these aforementioned conditions (and more).

Pelvic physiotherapy can be for everyone, at every age, and every stage! If you think you could benefit from a pelvic physiotherapy session, you can book online through JaneApp on our website, call or email the clinic, or inquire in person next time you're in (or ).

Another year, another successful summit bid for of , , and our beloved clinic owner Lori! The trio teamed up once again to make an attempt on Mount Waddington via the Bravo Glacier Route. On July 30th, the Nelson crew reached the summit (photo #8) and were treated to an incredible sunset shimmering over the Waddington range and surrounding coastal mountains.

As many know who have ventured into this rugged and remote zone, nailing the weather window is often a key piece of the puzzle, and our three mountaineering amigos were thrilled to experience a great few days of weather during their time there. The route offered up a sweet platter of crevasse navigation, bergschrund hopping, some very dynamic mixed climbing, and some pretty dark rappels.

Lori is grateful for her experience in the high mountains, and is looking forward to settling back into clinic life! Don't be afraid to ask her for more photos if you happen to be in soon; she certainly took a few others 😅

Just all about the disc golf lately!

The team got out for a post-work round, led by the strong arms and patient minds of Matt and Daniel. Leonie, Lori, and Dave worked on their forehands, backhands, putting, and even some disc golf lingo 😎

We're thinking about getting a disc golf simulator at the clinic at this rate 😅 Who knows, maybe this is our niche! Either way, it was great for some of us to be shown a new activity and take in the beauty that is the Rosemont course at dusk.

An ode to spring skiing and those who are still getting after it up high (ft some silly approaches down low). Leonie, Dave, and friends of the clinic have still been chasing those early morning wake ups and dreams of premium corn.

Anyone else still skiing? 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️🙋
