I am so honoured to be a part of the Wild Song Yoga Earth Wisdom 200 hour YTT this fall in Nelson.

I will be teaching the herbalism portion of the training! Four weeks of connecting with the elements and the green allies around us.

Herbal medicine is people's medicine. On our journey together, you will deepen your relationship with the land and the plants growing in your backyard.

Join this very peaceful rally to ensure all parents can bring their babies into this world in the way the is right for them. In the location that is right for them. With the support people that are right for them.

Choice matters. Let's make sure all future families have choice.

Trauma happens when we feel like we have no agency - when we have no choice.

Families and all those who give birth and support birth will not be backed into a corner. And we will ensure so lovingly and peacefully.
