So many friends have been asking me lately about suncare. I’ve seen so many make the mistake of putting Sun care on their skin that is toxic and full of chemicals . And that’s just backwards! So I’m thinking of putting together a recipe for free that would help health-conscious people like you protect your skin from the sun while avoiding harmful chemicals and toxins and allow you to enjoy the sun. What??? Who is driving my car???

When you learn to deal with your stuff so effectively that you vibe on a new level and your body can’t hold the old energy anymore. Thank you all for your prayers and support. It seems my gallbladder has to come out! It’s full of stones and negative energy!!! I still don’t know when they will operate but this has been my new fashion statement for the last three days. Hospital couture. The bear would not take the picture so I had to do it. Lazy bear. :)
