We would like to welcome Joseph De Sousa, R.M.T. to our team, who will be working Friday and Sunday.

Joseph is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist and Fitness Trainer based in Nelson, BC. With a strong background in anatomy and biomechanics, he offers a range of treatments, including deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, and relaxation techniques, tailored to each client's needs. His goal is to help alleviate pain, reduce stress, and improve mobility and performance through a holistic approach.
Joseph’s fitness training background allows him to integrate therapeutic massage with fitness strategies and remedial exercises for optimal well-being. Outside of his practice, he enjoys hiking, weightlifting, and CrossFit, maintaining a balanced, active lifestyle.
Joseph graduated from Kootenay Columbia College of Integrated Science and Health, where he gained a comprehensive understanding of human anatomy and biomechanics. He is currently accepting new clients and looks forward to supporting your health and wellness goals.
