Phase 3 Re-opening Plan

Now that the state of emergency has been cancelled in BC, the mask mandate order has been lifted. So, according to the Provincial Health Officer :

Masks are recommended in public indoor settings for all people 12 and older who are not yet fully vaccinated.
Engage in careful social contact.If you or anyone in your family feels sick, stay home and get tested immediately.

As well, Dr. Henry advised, "masks may be required in many facilities and many stores for example” and “we still will expect most people to be wearing masks in those indoor settings when we are around other people."

Holiday hours coming up are:

Thursday July 22nd - CLOSED - All other hours that week are normal. We may extend hours on other days to accommodate if necessary

Normal schedule resumes until:

Monday July 26th 9.00am to 6.30pm
Tuesday July 27th 9.00am to 5.30pm
Wednesday July 28th 9.00am to 5.40pm

Thursday July 29th to Tuesday Aug 3rd inclusive - CLOSED

Wednesday Aug 4th 9.00am to 6.30pm
Thursday Aug 5th 9.00am to 6.30pm
Friday Aug 6th no appointments

Normal schedule resumes. Normal appointment hours are:
Monday: 10:50-5:30
Tuesday: 9:00-3:00
Wednesday: 11:00-5:40
Thursday: 12:30-6:30

This year when we are closed there will also be no phone cover - online booking provides 24/7 access for booking, cancelling and rescheduling appointments.

Due to a planned power outage for installing upgrades in our building, our office will be closed on July 12th and 13th Wed 14th and Thurs 15th we will be open for appointments at the normal hours: Wednesday: 11:00-5:40 Thursday: 12:30-6:30 We will extend these hours if necessary to accommodate.
