Hi everyone,

I have felt the need to address how much our phones affect our day to day lives. Not just in how we spend our time, but how we feel in our bodies, how present we are, and how easily we get pulled away from ourselves.

I created a 10 day course called Break the Scroll Cycle to support a more intentional relationship with your phone. It’s not about quitting or cutting it out. It’s a gentle, real life approach to help you get curious about your habits, reconnect with your body, and feel more focused and grounded.

The tools in the course come from my background in somatic therapy, yoga, nervous system work, and years of supporting teens and adults in recovery.

✨I’m so stoked to be sharing a movement workshop at this year at my favourite stage… (Secret Garden) 💫🌿

I’m co-facilitating this offering with my dear friend Siovhan Williamson, a brilliant movement artist and longtime performer at The Grove. Together, we’re weaving our shared passions in somatic exploration, nervous system wisdom, and the art of contact improvisation into a rich, playful, and deeply embodied experience.

Our workshop is a journey into the felt sense of safety, connection, and play, through breath, movement, and mindful partner work. I’ll be guiding the somatic, breath and embodiment pieces, while Siovhan will guide the foundations of contact dance.

It’s going to be healing, inspiring, connective… and most of all, fun.
