We’re thrilled to welcome Andrea Onofrio to the Lupine Clinical Team! Andrea will be available for appointments and consultations starting mid-November 2025.

With over a decade of experience in mental health support, Andrea brings a compassionate, holistic approach to her work as a therapist. Andrea’s trauma-informed, mindfulness-based practice helps individuals and families navigate emotional challenges and life transitions with care and clarity.

Andrea offers individual and relationship therapy, as well as group support, focusing on anxiety, depression, grief, and identity exploration. She creates an inclusive, supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered. Through one-on-one sessions or collaborative workshops, Andrea helps people deepen self-awareness, reconnect with purpose, and strengthen emotional well-being.

Parenting calls on every part of us—our strengths, our challenges, and the pieces of our past that shaped us. This free group, open to parents living in the West Kootenays, is an invitation to use creativity as a way to:

🎨 Foster self-compassion
🌿 Understand how your past may impact your parenting
💫 Integrate unresolved experiences and make new choices

We’ll draw on principles from NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) to explore the adaptive survival strategies we developed in childhood—so we can move toward more authentic connection.
