We are expanding our services and bringing on Bryana Hope, Registered Acupuncturist. She recieved her Diploma at Pacific Rim College combining traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture.
She treats chronic or acute pain, stress, digestive health, reproductive or hormonal health and overall emotional and spiritual wellness.
She starts April 27th Monday and Thursdays at Kokanee.

Osteopathic philosophy looks at the body as the most complex machine ever. When a machine isn’t working right, it’s because there is some structural problem (i.e. a screw is loose, a wheel is deflated, a gear is misaligned, etc). The exact same is true in the body; many dysfunctions and health problems have structural causes. Osteopathic treatment seeks to find and fix structural issues, which can often resolve wide-ranging symptoms.

Pelvic floor physiotherapy is a specialized type of physiotherapy that focuses on the muscles, ligaments, and connective tissues that support your bladder, bowel, uterus (in females), and prostate (in males).

These muscles form a “hammock” at the base of your pelvis. When they’re too weak, too tight, uncoordinated, or painful, you can develop symptoms like leaking, pressure, pain, or sexual dysfunction.
