The feedback from our New Year Retreat was so incredibly heartwarming that Stacy and I knew we wanted to create another special weekend together 💛

So, we’re thrilled to share that registration is now open for our next retreat:
✨ Harvest & Release – A Fall Retreat for Women ✨
Happening October 2–4, 2026, at beautiful Five Oaks near Paris, Ontario.

This weekend retreat is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, reflect on the year so far, and gently let go of what’s no longer serving you. Together, we’ll move through nourishing practices like gentle yoga, meditation, journaling, breathwork, time in nature, meaningful connection, and cozy moments of rest and reflection.

Are you familiar with the Tao Te Ching?

Wikipedia's brief description:
The Tao Te Ching or Dào Dé Jīng, or Laozi in Chinese scholarship, is an ancient Chinese classic text, becoming a foundational work of Taoism. Central to both philosophical and religious Taoism, it has been highly influential on Chinese philosophy and religious practice in general.

I have a copy of it and every now and then I pick it up to read a verse and let it settle in my heart.

I've also read The Tao of Pooh by Benjamin Hoff, which is a fun and easy digestible version.

Tight shoulders? I've got you!

Here is a really nice stretch to work out some tension in the part of our body we tend to carry the weight of the world - the shoulders.

This is a longer video as it's taken from a Monday evening Yin Yoga session. It is 3 minutes, and you will need a strap. Don't forget to do it on both sides. Your shoulders will thank you!
