Take a few minutes to stretch and reconnect with your back body ✨

In this quick posterior chain flow, we’ll gently move through the spine, glutes, hamstrings, and even the feet—releasing built-up tension and inviting more ease into the whole body.

As we approach a new year, consider this your gentle invitation to intentionally add more movement into 2026.
