Self care Sunday.

I decided to start with body contouring and muscle building. Yes, I did over 120,000 step ups!.

Then I used “The Wave Room”, the table programmed for heavy metal and parasites detox. With the added full body laser therapy to speed up recovery, reduce inflammation and boost energy (boost mitochondria function).

Finishing up my “self care” session with a little help from my daughter to tight my skin and work on my forehead wrinkles with the power of RF.
She is my future business partner! 😁
