Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly request 24 hours notice for all cancellations. We understand, however, that things occasionally come up so should you need to change your appointment with less notice, please call or email us as soon as possible.
If you routinely fail to cancel before 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the service.
LATE POLICY
We will accommodate you to the best of our abilities, however, if you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten or reschedule your service in order to keep the next scheduled patient's service at their scheduled time. Original service cost still applies.
If you are running late, please call us immediately so we can advise on your options.
If you are routinely late and we have to reschedule your appointment due to being late, you will be charged %50 of the cost of the service.
NO SHOW POLICY
If you are unable to attend your appointment, in order to avoid penalty, we kindly ask that you adhere to our cancellation policy. If you fail to attend your appointment without advising us ahead of time, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the service.
