Samara Sheppard, RMT has opened up some spots on her schedule if you are in need of a massage. She gives a great deep tissue massage. In this picture she is using a gua sha tool. This is a Chinese medicine technique that involves scraping of the skin to improve circulation and healing. Call 902-695-5252 to book an appointment.
