Did a nice upper circuit this afternoon
1- band pull apart
2- band over and backs - this felt great
3- close grip chin
4- TRX T’s and Y’s
5- TRX push ups
6- TRX skull crushers
7- KB hammer curl

These are all great accessories and will help with rejuvenating the muscles and the joints when done with appropriate intensity and tempo - todays purpose was active recovery

If you have a goal measure the variables to ensure you can come up with the best outcome.

Somethings that can assist - food scale/ weight scale / Fitbit or other smart watch / macro tracking app/ spreadsheets and charts to show progress
