as it was curing, i loved it, by the time it finished...it was so full of air bubbles the sky actually foamed up! lol try and try again! i try to price my pieces reasonable, but if anyone ever wonders why artisans of any type may seem expensive, the time, material, heart and soul, and trial and error that go into any medium of art...well it can add up! what looks like a simple pair of earrings, that can be mass manufactured without any thought, or heart cheap, may take up to an hour each ( or longer) when handmade, this piece looks simple, but the mixing, stirring, adding color, seashells and beach glass (that were collected by hand) and the layering took almost 2 hours, only to foam up with bubbles :(
