Sometimes, the unexpected closes one door...and quietly opens another.

With the recent closure of Rebalance, I'm bringing my local psychotherapy practice back to where it all began 5 years ago. It feels full-circle, in the best way.

I'm so excited to welcome clients back into the studio space this week and continue this work in a place rooted in intention, growth, and care.
