For most of my life, it felt like I didn’t fit into the molds of society. Yes, I’ve played within the lines at times but felt the most alive and free dancing to the beat of my own soul magic and creative expression

My life has become a sacred ceremony that weaves higher realm frequencies through everyday reality

Allowing spaciousness for deeper connections, quantum adventures and living in alignment with divine wisdom, ecstatic joy and peace within

2025 has been a powerful portal of transformation and alchemization ⚡️🐍⚡️

The year of the snake has brought so much to the surface, to be felt, acknowledged, honoured and shed

I must admit it’s been intense and has invited me into an even deeper trust in my soul’s journey and ability to hold myself and others with love, courage and compassion 💗

I say courage because the old stories, cycles of limitation, heavy emotions and dense energies have felt raw, vulnerable and painful at times

Revealing everything that is no longer in alignment with a next level of sensitivity that encourages us to receive the subtle messages of our intuition with even more precision

Inviting us to deepen into self trust, devotion to The Beauty Way teachings of being in harmony with ourself, others and the natural world

Allowing us to alchemize darkness into light with radical self responsibility, as we embody true sovereignty and hold others in their highest at the same time as our own

You know that feeling when you walk out of a spa session or have just witnessed the most breathtaking sunrise, and someone says, "You're glowing"?

Your Body Knows the Way

Do you remember the last time you had a massage or facial or perhaps it was during a yoga class we had together and you walked out feeling...completely different?

Not just relaxed…something more vibrant, like tingles rippling through your body and light shining through your eyes

Feeling like you had returned home to yourself. There was a lightness, clarity, radiance that went deeper than your muscles releasing tension or your skin feeling refreshed

That was your body communicating

Your physique holds ancient wisdom, it is a navigation system designed to guide you back to your truth

It knows when something is in alignment or out of balance

You know when you're experiencing joy... it feels expansive, energizing and when something's not right you notice discomfort...contraction

Your body speaks through sensation, it has a feeling intelligence, an inner knowing, that you sometimes override when life gets busy

Somewhere along the way, many of us learned to push through our body's expressions

To look for answers everywhere except within. To treat our bodies as something to manage or control rather than be in a loving relationship, listen to and co-create with

But what if you could return to that inner knowing?

What if, through the feeling intelligence of your body, you could access the spaciousness, clarity, and alignment your soul is calling you to explore?

This is what Soul Light Embodiment is all about

It's always been present in my work, but now I have the language, methodology, and advanced tools to guide you even deeper into this remembrance

You've experienced it before, maybe in a session, or in those moments of peace when everything just... flows

Over the next few weeks, I’m sharing something close to my heart 💖

For those of you who’ve been following me for a while, you know I have offered spa services for over 20 years, can you believe it?

I’ve shared facials, massages, and yoga that helps you relax, reset, and align. Plus esthetics for your self care, beauty maintenance and more

But there’s something else that’s been emerging in my work over the past decade. Something I’ve only started to share more about recently and has been completely life-changing

A deeper layer and sacred practice. A methodology I call Soul Light Embodiment

It’s the weaving together of everything I’ve learned, experienced, and channeled - holistic health, beauty, energy healing, and consciousness work 🌺 into Radiance Rituals that transform you from the inside out

And honestly…I was nervous to share this part of myself openly for years, especially with my local community that had known me as something else.

A complete identity shift felt scary as uncertainty arose about how I would be received in this new way or if people would understand

It felt vulnerable and I wasn’t sure how to put spirit into words

In honour of everything I was feeling, I allowed myself a safe loving space to move through insecurities, experience the transformation available when we learn how to fully support ourselves

I’ve recognized that creating sacred space is actually part of how I’ve been supporting others for years.

I came to the realization that this work is too incredibly life-changing not to share with the world and my heart is so excited to share this journey.
