Last week I was bouncing with excitement and adrenaline as I prepared for Crystal LightBody Activation & Celestial Embodiment live event…I had no idea how I was going to sleep ⚡️

I had my first seizure of many at age 25. Doctors said I’d have to be on medication my entire life 💔 I knew there was another way.

This is a story of gratitude for the path that led me home to my heart and how I softened into trust in the divine orchestration of my soul 💫

Growing up with a “work hard, play hard” mentality set me up to unknowingly overload my system 💪 Rest seemed to have little value and relaxation was yet to be discovered.

Don’t get me wrong I achieved and was celebrated with athletic awards, won multiple competitions and became Ms Fitness Canada at 22 while building a thriving hairstyling clientele 🤸‍♀️

It all felt very exciting. Small town girl on tv, being flown to LA for photoshoots ☀️ Preparing to buy my first home, my dreams were coming true.

But I was completely exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected and always pushing harder yet never feeling like I was enough 💥

My body spoke loud and clear, a tiny tendon in my wrist screamed in pain from overuse. Even opening a door became excruciating and my entire life as I knew it crumbled 🐦‍🔥

Unworthiness, fear of judgement, guilt, shame plus an eating disorder emerged. I masked it with drugs, alcohol, s*x and busyness while I pretended that everything was ok ☀️

After working at Club Med for 4 months in Turks and Caicos as a fitness instructor, becoming a flying trapeze artist and partying my body completely shut down for the first time ⚡️

I remembered the moment of awakening, it was my first yoga class in Montreal 💝 The “aha” moment came when we were guided through deep relaxation, visualization and meditation.

Something lit up within me that I didn’t even know was possible 🌊 Setting me on a path of exploration into the vastness of my multidimensional consciousness.

My journey of enlightenment, quantum healing and soul light embodiment has been the greatest adventure of my life and fully illuminates my joy 🧚‍♀️

I learned how to slow down, listen, create balance and follow the instructions of my higher self to calm my nervous system out of having grand mal seizures 💗 It’s incredible.

I am eternally grateful and now get to share these revelations with others.

Before rising I was guided to start my day differently. Instead of dropping into habit I was invited to roll out my yoga mat and fully align with the intelligence of my body.

Sparks of excitement, fascination, peace and pure love illuminating my senses every time I choose to co-create with Beings of Light 💖

Our spiritual guides are always with us and hold us in our highest state of sovereignty. It is our free will choice to nurture these relationships and invite them in for co-creation 💞

A decade ago I felt the calling to become a Reiki Practitioner and it opened my inner vision, knowing, senses and initiated my next level of intuitive understanding ✨
