I am a Registered Massage Therapist and Osteopathy student located in New Minas. I offer Therapeutic/ Relaxation massage and can direct bill most insurance companies. I am passionate about providing effective treatment and truly relaxing massages.
I welcome all clients, especially those who are under-serviced including those who are neurodivergent, autistic, experience anxiety, (c)PTSD or who have never had a massage before.

As an RMT the question I get asked the most is, "Why did you choose to become a Massage Therapist?" My answer is: The story of the "Rescuing Hug". I read years ago that our nervous systems are designed to regulate to each other, to respond when those around us are in a state of stress (fight or flight) OR a state of relaxation (rest and digest). This story was the example given.
It became apparent to me how essential touch is in healing individuals and therefore communities. I remember this story blowing my mind but now it seems so obvious!
