Our hearts (and stomachs!) are so full 💙

We want to send a huge, heartfelt thank you to our wonderful patients for the incredible outpouring of treats, baking, and goodies you’ve brought in for our staff and providers. Your kindness and thoughtfulness truly mean more than we can say, and it never goes unnoticed. We are so grateful for the trust you place in us and for the way you continually show up with such generosity.

We’d also like to give a special thank you to our amazing neighbours at the Respiratory Therapy Specialists, who so kindly treated our entire team to lunch yesterday. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a perfect reminder of how lucky we are to work alongside such supportive community partners.

Thank you all for making our days brighter, we are so grateful for each and every one of you! 💙✨

IMPORTANT: If you have an appointment booked with your provider and have not received a call from the office regarding any changes, your appointment will go ahead as scheduled.

If you would prefer to change your appointment to a phone appointment, please call the office today so our admin staff can assist and update your booking.

We have been made aware of a fraudulent scam involving cheques falsely issued under the name Harvest Tides Family Practice and sent to individuals in the community.

Please note that Harvest Tides does not issue cheques to patients or members of the public. We only issue payments to approved suppliers.

If you receive a cheque claiming to be from Harvest Tides Family Practice, do not cash or deposit it. Instead, please contact our Office Manager, Christina Cotter, at manager@harvesttides.ca so we can follow up appropriately.

What types of messages are appropriate?

Secure messaging is suitable for questions regarding upcoming appointments, sending photos or information to your family provider upon request, general referral questions etc. Please do not send urgent messages through the Pomelo system. You can call 902-915-4435 EXT 1 if your matter is urgent.

Secure messaging is intended to be used for NON-URGENT health issues. Responses will be sent within 1-2 business days.
