Elemental Breath-work uses mindful breathing techniques to connect with the energies of nature’s four primary elements: air, fire, water, and earth. Each element carries its own unique qualities and energies that can support personal growth and healing, with roots in various spiritual traditions.

This practice uses rhythmic breathing with intentional breath holds and exhalations to help shift physical, mental, and emotional states.
