Enjoy an Elemental Breath-work class enhanced with the added benefit of Acupuncture, designed to open the third eye and deepen your connection to the elements by placing a single needle gently during meditation. This combination can promote grounding, relaxation, and a stronger connection to your inner self. The class is eligible for acupuncture insurance billing once payment is received.

Elemental Breath-work uses mindful breathing techniques to connect with the energies of nature’s four primary elements: air, fire, water, and earth. Each element carries its own unique qualities and energies that can support personal growth and healing, with roots in various spiritual traditions.

This practice uses rhythmic breathing with intentional breath holds and exhalations to help shift physical, mental, and emotional states. The class begins with a guided demonstration and practice, with everything explained during the opening talk. Slow, deep breaths with longer exhales than inhales quickly signal the brain that the body is safe, effectively calming the fight-or-flight response.

Structured practices like elemental breathing (earth, ether, hold, and hum) have been shown to reduce self-reported anxiety and depressive symptoms, often by stimulating the vagus nerve to relax the nervous system, lower blood pressure, decrease cortisol levels, and provide many other benefits.

What the session looks like:
Candle lit soft intro where I explain elemental breathwork and introduce myself
-Five-minute somatic, gentle movement.
-Five rounds of breathwork to music, enjoyed in a cozy position with optional pillows, blankets, and eye masks.
-10-minute guided meditation featuring acupuncture
-A 10-minute music-only meditation and integration session featuring tuning forks and acupuncture.

I am thrilled to announce that I have officially completed my training hours and I am now a certified Elemental Breath Coach Facilitator ❤️❤️

I will be offering three signature classes:

Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience: designed to facilitate epiphanies and breakthroughs through a carefully curated selection of music combined with various breathing techniques, movement, meditation, and integration.

Elemental Flow:
is designed to calm and unwind, bringing participants to the present moment.

One Pin Yin Flow:
combines the Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough with the added benefit of Acupuncture to open the third eye and enhance the experience, using a single needle placed during meditation to increase grounding and releasing. These classes will incorporate various breathing techniques, movement, and meditation.

Benefits include:
feeling calmer,
techniques to help with anxiety, worry, and overthinking,
assistance with depression,
increased presence to self and others,
resilience to fatigue,

This Saturday I will be offering reflexology treatments! There is a change of location due to the Aylesford fire and the Louis Millet center offering for those to stay ❤️

Come out this Saturday to the Greenwhich Fire Hall and enjoy this epic expo

Hello my friends! 🤗

As I’m sure you are already aware, the Louis Millett Centre is being used as a support space for the Lake George wildfire evacuees. I felt it was best to cancel our hall rental to allow more space for the evacuees. Don’t panic though - our lovely Season of the Witch Spiritual & Wellness Expo will still take place on October 11th from 10am-4pm, and won’t be far from our usual location.

New location: Greenwich Firehall - 9798 Highway 1, Greenwich

The hall is roughly the same size as our usual space. Washrooms on site and a large parking lot for customers. When you arrive next Saturday, follow the driveway to the back of the building where the hall is located.

I will be hanging a sign at both entrances of the Louis Millett Centre stating the location change, just in case vendors or customers missed the memo and arrive there the morning of the event.

The Lynn Spencer Hall has already been paid for, and I asked the Louis Millett Centre to donate the money to Red Cross. They will ensure the money is used to assist the fire evacuees during this difficult time. We will also be doing a fundraiser for the fire evacuees - selling door prize tickets and the money will go towards helping them.
