Struggling to get a good night’s sleep? Family 1st can help!

Family 1st offers complimentary sleep testing (some restrictions apply). No prescription is required to have a sleep test. If the results show you have Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSP), a prescription will then be required to start CPAP therapy.

Watch for signs like daytime sleepiness, loud snoring with silent pauses, poor concentration or memory issues, morning headaches, or gasping/choking during sleep. If you notice any of these, it’s time to schedule a sleep test with Family 1st.

Wondering if you need a new CPAP mask?

Most manufacturers suggest replacing your mask every 3 to 6 months to keep it working effectively. Over time, wear and tear can affect the fit and performance, so regular replacement helps ensure you’re getting the most benefit from your CPAP Therapy.

Many insurance plans cover up to two masks per year, but it’s always a good idea to check your specific coverage to be sure.
