Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), Bachelor of Kinesiology (BKIN). Skilled in Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Peripheral Joint Mobilization, and detailing Stretch and Strengthening programs. I utilize a patient-first approach and strive to not only treat the injury but to identify the source of the pain while offering suggestions to create positive, lasting health changes.
