🚨 ATTENTION – ALERTE AUX BOTTES! 🚨
Dans un souci de propreté (et pour éviter que la céramique fasse une dépression),
veuillez enlever IMMÉDIATEMENT vos bottes en entrant au gym.
❌ Marcher sur la céramique avec des bottes : INTERDIT
❌ Déposer les bottes sur le tapis ou par terre : DOUBLEMENT INTERDIT
✅ Les bottes doivent être rangées dans les racks de plastique prévus à cet effet.
👉 Bonus entraînement :
Ramasser et ranger ses bottes fait officiellement partie du workout du jour.
(Ça travaille la discipline… et un peu les quadriceps.)
