Recipe:
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup coconut yogurt
1/4 cup Gf rolled oats
1 Tbs Dandy Blend coffee alternative
1 Tbs almond butter
1/2 frozen banana
1 scoop vegan protein powder

Blend and reserve 1/4 cup for chocolate sauce

Recipe:
Chia pudding:
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup chia seeds (I used extra because I love chia)
Mix and allow chia to plump, mix again. (To speed up the process use warm almond milk, this will make your smoothie bowl hot and cold!
Or, allow your chia pudding to sit overnight)

Smoothie:
3/4 cup mixed berries
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp psyllium husk

I donโ€™t usually drink coffee, however I had to try this mocha inspired smoothie bowl.
To support my endocrine system I used decaf coffee and added Maca (an adaptogen) and mushroom powder

Recipe:
- 1 cup decaf coffee
- 1 1/2 cups ice
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tablespoon vanilla almond creamer
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder
- 1 tablespoon Maca root powder
- 1 teaspoon Mushroom Matrix powder
