When I first decided I wanted to teach the 4 paths of yoga, I didn't know if it would land. But our beautiful community has shown me time and time again that karma yoga is contagious. Thank you for giving of your time this weekend to help make what otherwise would have been a stressful experience, into a quick day with friends.

5 minutes a day can change your life 🧠 Seriously 🧠
Every morning I practice meditation before I do anything else. It quiets my mind, removing my sense of urgency and overwhelm. It helps me focus, organize, and be less reactive. When I find myself stressed, tired or scattered, I take a timeout to meditate. It always changes my energy and perspective, helping me return to my day with a sense of renewal.
