Alexandra finished her Masters degree in Counselling Psychology in April 2020. Having previously worked in healthcare, Alexandra noticed the need for people to have counselling available throughout their recovery process. She appreciates the lifelong learning in the field of counselling and is always looking for new ways to help her clients. Mark your calendar!! CIHC will be hosting a fundraiser outside of our Wellness location on November 9th, between 10am and 3pm. A few of our amazing staff members have volunteered to hop on the stationary bike for a 5 hour cycling marathon. 🚴🏻💨

A portion of the proceeds collected from this event will go towards the Canadian Cancer Society and a portion will go towards supporting Team Pierce, a competitive men’s curling team featuring one of CIHC’s very own kinesiologists: Nicholas Umbach 🥌
