1. Prioritize self-care- Aim for at least 30 minutes a day of an activity for your care, like taking a hot bath!
2. Try Meditation- Meditation is a wonderful practice to help calm the mind, reduce levels of cortisol, and improve energy and mental acuity.
3. Nourish your adrenals- Adrenals rely on several key nutrients; therefore, a healthy diet is an essential part of your wellbeing. Limit your intake of sugary snacks and processed foods to optimize nutrient intake.
4. Eat mindfully- Set aside time each day to refuel and nourish your body with wholesome, home-cooked food. Sit down when eating, chew food thoroughly and put your fork down between bites.
