Get Your Moles and Skin Lesions Checked – Community Clinic in Port Moody
Fraser Northwest Division of Family Practice, a local non-profit organization, has partnered with Spectrum Dermatology to bring faster access to skin health assessments for residents of the Tri-Cities and New Westminster. This initiative is not-for-profit — our goal is simply to support community health and reduce wait times for dermatology care.

Where: CheckMark Clinic at Inlet Pharmacy (50 Electronic Ave, Port Moody, BC)
When: Weekends
Cost: Fully covered by MSP

At the clinic, a trained medical photographer will take high-quality images of up to two areas of concern. These are reviewed remotely by a local dermatologist from Spectrum Dermatology. Results are shared with both you and your family doctor within one week.

How to Access the Clinic:
Ask your family physician or nurse practitioner for a referral.
Referrals can be submitted online through the CheckMark website.

Once accepted, you’ll receive a link to self-book your appointment.

We are hiring for two Attachment Coordinators to help connect patients in the region with family physicians. Based in New Westminster, this hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 remote) involves patient intake, clinic outreach, data entry, and prioritizing urgent care needs.

This role supports the planning and implementation of primary care projects, working both remotely and on-site across the region.
