The upcoming Traditional Wellness Mentor Workshop with Muriel Victor is happening on Monday, May 26th from 1:30-3:30pm. This is a FREE workshop, hosted in the Shxw’éyelhawxt Sacred Space room at the Primary Care Centre in Chilliwack at #104 – 7955 Evans Road.
This workshop will focus on remedies to ease the discomfort of symptoms prior to menopause and menstruation by way of food and herbs. This workshop includes a make-and-take tea, resources/handouts and door prizes. All are welcome.

The Urgent Care Response Centre North is now open, providing timely and accessible care for urgent mental health and substance use concerns.

Located in the Mental Health and Substance Use Wellness Centre at Royal Columbian Hospital, the centre is designed for people who need urgent care but do not require hospitalization.

The UCRC team is available to assess people in person or virtually, create a personalized care plan and connect them with appropriate services in both the hospital and the community.

The centre is open seven days a week, from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., including statutory holidays.

No referral is needed.
