Have you ever tried microneedling with a Dermapen?

This advanced treatment uses ultra-fine needles to create controlled micro-channels in the skin, activating your body’s natural repair response. As your skin heals, it produces more collagen and elastin, the building blocks of firm, smooth, healthy skin.

The result?
✨ Improved skin texture
✨ Softer fine lines and wrinkles
✨ Reduced acne scars and stretch marks
✨ Brighter, more even-looking skin

It’s a treatment that works with your skin, not against it, for results that continue to improve over time.

What NOT to do before a holiday party ❌

If you have an event coming up and your skin is acting up, panic is the worst thing you can do.

❌ Don’t try new products
❌ Don’t over-exfoliate
❌ Don’t book aggressive treatments last minute
❌ Don’t pick or squeeze
❌ Don’t layer heavy makeup on irritated skin

Stressed skin doesn’t need to be attacked — it needs to be calmed.

The goal before a party isn’t transformation.
It’s no surprises.

Calm, hydrated skin always looks better than “worked-on” skin.

Save this before your next event ✨
Book smart. Treat early. Let your skin breathe.

AHA, BHA, or PHA? 🤔✨ Let’s break it down ⬇️

🌟 AHA – Brightens & smooths ✨
(Think glycolic acid, lactic acid) – great for dullness, uneven tone, and fine lines.

🌟 BHA – Clears pores & fights breakouts 🧼
(Think salicylic acid) – perfect for oily or acne-prone skin, unclogs deep inside pores.

🌟 PHA – Gentle + hydrating 💧
(Think gluconolactone, lactobionic acid) – exfoliates without irritation, great for sensitive skin or those new to acids.

👉 Use AHAs if your skin feels dry, dull, or textured.
👉 Use BHAs if your skin is oily, congested, or breakout-prone.
👉 Use PHAs if your skin is sensitive, reactive, or needs a softer touch.

💡 The key: You don’t have to use them all at once—pick the one that fits your skin’s mood and needs.
💬 Tell me which your skin needs, and I’ll give you a few great product suggestions! 👇

Why you should pick me for microneedling 👇

Because you get the same professional treatment as a large clinic, but with more time, more care, and zero rushing.

✨ Full 30-minute numbing for real comfort
✨ Customized technique + meso or exosomes
✨ Calming sheet mask + aftercare kit included
✨ One-on-one attention in a quiet, private space

Clinics charge $350–$400 because of overhead.
I charge $250 because you should pay for results, not their rent.

Better attention. Better value. Same beautiful results. 🤍

If you’re stuck on what to give this Christmas, here’s a simple idea that never disappoints: let someone you love take a breather.
A quiet hour to switch off, get pampered, and feel human again. honestly, who wouldn’t want that?

Our gift vouchers are ready to wrap and perfect for anyone who needs a little calm in the middle of the holiday chaos.

Give them something they’ll actually use… and appreciate long after the season’s over.

The moment your face finally stops fighting every expression you’ve forced through the day.

Warm towels soften the skin 🧖‍♀️, gentle cleansing clears the buildup you’ve ignored 🌿, and slow, precise movements around the jaw and temples release tension you didn’t even realize you were carrying.

The products sink in because your muscles stop bracing 💆‍♀️your breathing evens out, and your whole face feels like it’s exhaling.

You leave with skin that feels restored ✨ and a mind that’s noticeably quieter, not a fake glow, but a real one that comes from your entire system calming down.

More Than a Five-Minute Pause

We all do this thing where we call a five-minute break “self-care.” A quick scroll, a deep breath, maybe hiding in the bathroom just to get a moment of silence — and we convince ourselves that’s enough.

But let’s be honest: it isn’t.

Five minutes might help you survive the day, but it won’t help you feel human again. It won’t refill your energy, clear your head, or make you feel grounded. It’s just a Band-Aid you keep slapping on over and over.

Real self-care isn’t about candles, or special rituals, or disappearing for an hour every day. It’s about giving yourself actual space — space to breathe, think, reset, and not rush for once.

You deserve time that feels like yours. Time where you’re not multitasking, not fixing something for someone else, not trying to catch up. Just… you.

So yes, take your five-minute pauses when you need them. But don’t stop there. Give yourself more. You’re allowed to.

What Actually Causes Clogged Pores

Here’s the truth, not the sugar-coated version:

1. Excess Oil (Sebum)

If your skin pumps out more oil than it can handle, it mixes with dead skin and plugs the pore.
People think they’re oily, but half the time they’re dehydrated and overproducing oil to compensate.

2. Dead Skin Build-Up

When you don’t exfoliate consistently, or you use the wrong exfoliator, dead skin accumulates and traps oil inside the pore.
This is the biggest cause of those forehead bumps and stubborn blackheads.

3. Heavy or Comedogenic Products

Thick creams, certain oils, and poorly formulated makeup clog pores fast.
If you layer 4–5 products “because TikTok said so,” don’t be surprised when your pores choke.

4. Sweat, Dirt, and Pollution

Not washing your face after sweating or leaving makeup on too long allows debris to mix with oil → clogging → inflammation.
Simple neglect is one of the main causes.

5. Hormones

Hormonal shifts increase oil production, especially around the chin and jaw. You can’t “fix” hormones with skincare alone, but you can control the environment they influence.

Later we are going to talk about how avoid to get clogged pores.

How to Choose the Right Exfoliator (Without Ruining Your Skin)
Exfoliating works only when you pick the right type for your skin. Here’s the easy way to break it down:

• Oily or acne-prone:
Choose a BHA (salicylic acid). It dissolves oil inside the pores, helps blackheads, and keeps congestion down.

• Dry or flaky:
Go with a gentle AHA like lactic acid. It lifts dead skin while adding hydration so you don’t feel tight or irritated.

• Sensitive skin:
Pick PHAs or enzyme exfoliants. They work slower and stay on the surface, so you get smoothness without burning or redness.

• Dark spots or rough texture:
Use glycolic acid. It penetrates deeper and helps brighten and even out tone.

How often?
Start 1–2x a week. More isn’t better — over-exfoliating just damages your barrier.

After exfoliating:
Moisturize well.
Use a rich moisturizer — or just apply a thicker layer of your regular one. Your skin needs the extra cushion after exfoliation.

Non-negotiable:
Always wear SPF after exfoliating. Fresh skin = more sensitive to the sun.

Bottom line:
Choose the right type, use it at night, don’t overdo it, and keep your skin well-hydrated. Consistency wins every time.

Later we are going to talk about the difference between chemical exfoliation and physical exfoliation.
