"We live in such a strange world these days, one where offending someone is seen as the gravest offence.

A world where being ashamed of the gifts life has given to you is seen as a virtue.

Where cancelling others who disagree with you is not only the norm, but is cheered on by many.

Where to be seen as a “good person” by certain people, you must support “the current thing” or be outraged and furious against the same group that they hate.

Where you’re only one opinion away from being seen as a terrible person.

So, most people hold back.

They don’t share themselves.

They don’t share their souls.

But this is poison to the soul.

It’s another type of mind virus to have something you want to say and hold back for fear of what others may think.

The world has gone mad in so many ways I don’t think we can make much sense of it anymore.

We can only allow ourselves to feel the pain, the grief, and be with it… and make sure we carry forward and keep sharing our light and having the bravery to bring forth what is within us.

Because if we self-censor our souls, we may run the risk of hiding even from ourselves. And not only that, but what is within us may slowly destroy us over time.

And if we are willing to share our souls in spite of all this pushback that tells us to be quiet, to fall in line, it could, in fact, save us all from this situation.”

Hi everyone!
Just thought I'd pop in and say I haven't forgotten you ♡. I have been busy with multiple clinics on top of my personal evolution and social life. This phase (just like every phase) is a stepping stone to the next level, I can feel more changes coming in soon.

Fun fact: Easter weekend is special to me as I had a profound spiritual awakening 5 years ago on Easter. The day christ "rose again from the dead"
First off, that's crazy! Time has flown by.
Secondly, if you don't know me... I'm not religious (as most religions contradict true spiritual wisdom) but everything has its purpose in the cosmic path. Nuggets of truth strewn among the trail.

Happy Easter to all who are celebrating it, with or without family. Regardless of why or how you are celebrating.
The new year has begun.

I love that some people are making the world a better place in all the ways they are able.

A unique housing project in Texas is giving older women a chance to live affordably while staying part of a supportive community.

At age 70, Robyn Yerian used about $150,000 of her retirement savings to create a small tiny-home village called “The Bird’s Nest” in Cumby, Texas. The community was designed mainly for women in their 60s, 70s, and 80s who want independence but also nearby friendship and support.

Our development -and apparently that of nature overall- doesn’t move in a perfect straight line. It circles, at times in the same place, without depth, without elevation, and other time we assimilate, click, experience epiphanies. The latter is what can make us spiral deeper in knowledge and higher to broaden our perspective. This has nothing to do with accumulation of information, even though it can be of help in the process.

More often than we’d like to admit, we need to return to the same themes we didn’t give much importance. And other times we even experience the same wounds, in the same or a different form. The same questions we were sure to have figured out might pop out in our heads and make experience a sense of confusion and insecurity.

When we go through this, the first feeling that might come without much warning can be discouragement. In some corner of our mind we think that we’re back right where we started. Don’t accept this suggestion without critical thought. I found out that more often than not, it was an automatic, self-imposed illusion.

With more discernment and self-compassion combined, we can see past that veil of illusion the fact that we’re meeting the same lesson -or this lesson with an upgrade, now that we’re ready- from a different “level” of awareness.

That what it means for the path to be like a spiral. We move (symbolically speaking) “two steps forward” to explore, to overcome our limits, to open our mind which tends to crystallize if we live it passive for long enough, and “one step back” in order to assimilate, feelings, experiences, lessons.

When we confuse these lessons for standing in one place, miss what’s really going on. What’s truly going on is that we revisit what we thought you understood - it can be patience, boundaries, discipline, love- and we see something we couldn’t see before.

We don’ outgrow every mistake once and for all. We integrate them gradually. And often pain of the ego, or pain of regret is part of the ‘package’. In cases like this, the pain we feel in this return is another layer of illusion that is striped. The less friction, the less resistance towards this fact, the less we suffer.

There’s a lot surfacing right now, and it’s natural to feel shocked and disturbed by what’s coming to light.
But looking away is how corruption stays hidden.
Giving your attention doesn’t mean doom-scrolling or becoming consumed by anger or fear.
It means staying conscious and choosing not to pretend everything is fine.
Awareness matters — but awareness alone isn’t enough.
It must be held with integrity and the courage to stay present when it’s uncomfortable.
When enough people refuse to ‘move on,’ silence can no longer protect what must be confronted.
As new aspects of darkness are uncovered, it’s important to stay grounded and to care for your energy.
Take moments to breathe, come back into your center, and remember the light of love.
Every individual’s commitment to the greater good matters.
