If youโre 18+ and struggling with depression, anxiety and anxiety-related conditions, you can access free, short-term cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) through the ๐ข๐ป๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ผ ๐ฆ๐๐ฟ๐๐ฐ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฃ๐๐๐ฐ๐ต๐ผ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ (๐ข๐ฆ๐ฃ) program. CBT gives you practical tools to manage difficult emotions and situations.
