🌿Ground Yourself in Nature: Even a few mindful minutes outdoors can reduce anxiety, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect you with the present moment. Unplug and take a walk outside to enjoy the sun, a cool breeze, and the smell of blooming flowers.

💧Hydrate Your Body & Mind: Drinking enough water is vital for physical health, but emotional hydration matters too. Check in with how you’re feeling, what you need, and reach out to those around you.
