Age 55+ can now apply for CDCP!

Adults 18-34: Applications will open on May 15, 2025.

Adults 35-54: Applications will open on May 29, 2025.

We accept the government rate of fees for the CDCP plan. So at our office, If you have 100% coverage, you don’t pay any difference for treatment covered by the plan! 100% means 100%!!!

The only co-pay you would be responsible for is the 40% or 60% if you fall into either of these tiers depending on your household income. No extra amounts billed on top of that 😀
