If you’re a gal who needs a swift kick start - I’ve got a 6 week challenge for you!

This is a snapshot of a full video on Youtube that takes 10 minutes and will get you fitter, stronger and more vibrant than you were in 2022…

😅 Over the next 6 weeks I’ll take you through a number of workouts that will build your body from the ground up. We’ll connect, I can answer your questions and this group will have a private FB account so we can support and cheer each other on. 

And this is my gift to you because my goal is to get more women fit’n fabulous so they can conquer their dreams.

⏳ Since time is often the biggest barrier for women who want to get fit, let’s start with a 10 minute routine of exercises that’ll hit your whole body, get your blood pumping and make you feel great. 

This week, I challenge you to find 10 minutes, 3 times this week for this workout. These exercises come with performance tips I use with my clients.

Being fit is not like all of the photos on IG… that is literally the highlight reel. This is me battling the weather.

Your body can be strong, full of energy, have mental focus, AND ALSO, a lot of work.

Don’t run for the hills when it gets hard.

You were made for hard work. You grow under pressure.

You can have the mindset, system, coaches and support AND STILL HAVE DAYS where you are going to have to push yourself to put on your runners and lift the weight.

This is not a sign that you are on the wrong path… this is part of the journey.

Enjoy the reps. Take pride in your commitment and learn from the endless (and I mean endless) stream of lessons.

You were meant for amazing things. Roll up your sleeves, grab your mat and let’s go.

Connected and inspired by this little one I almost stepped on.

Sometimes there are these odd-balls that stick out in the crowd. The majority are ‘common and normal’.

Then these prickly little beauties who are a little different are driven to grow bigger despite what the others do.
