From October 19-26, 2025, Paradise Health served as the clinic partner for the One Week In Paradise wellness retreat in Muskoka.

Here are the incredible results experienced by our 20 guests over the course of just 8 days:

-Average 10-point drop in blood pressure
-Average 4 lb weight loss
-Decrease or remission in pain
-Decreased blood sugar
-Improved mood

In fact, our guests responded so well to the program that a total of 18 meds were discontinued by our doctors and pharmacist.
