Did you all have a fun Halloween yesterday? We sure did at the office! We had our 3rd annual team Halloween costume contest and it was a blast seeing everyone's creative and wild costumes 😄.

If you had an appointment with us, you might have gotten your treatment done by a deer, queen of hearts, cat woman, bubble tea or something else!

Unfortunately, swollen feet and ankles with pregnancy are a common pair, thanks to all of that added pressure in your pelvis. This extra pressure can compress some of the veins that run down into your legs, which can cause problems with blood circulation which then results in swelling, leg discomfort and varicose veins.
